01Every project starts with a written brief. Managed or one-time: we agree on scope before a single line is written or billed.
02Managed plans: setup is included. We build your site before billing starts. You go live, then billing kicks in. No charge for a site you can't use yet.
03Cancelling a managed plan requires 30 days written notice. We hand over your site export and all files on the last day. The site is yours regardless.
04Managed plans do not cover redesigns, scope changes, or custom feature work beyond what's in the plan. Those are quoted as separate one-time projects.
05On one-time builds, revisions are defined. A revision means small text, image, or color changes submitted together, within 48 hours of delivery. Not a rolling list.
06Anything outside the brief on a one-time build becomes a change order, quoted and agreed before work continues.
07Ownership on one-time builds transfers in full on final payment: code, files, and assets. All of it.

It means we handle everything the site needs to keep running — hosting, SSL certificates, plugin updates, security patches, and backups. You never log into cPanel, speak to a hosting provider, or worry about renewals. It's your site, running on our infrastructure, maintained by us.
Yes. Setup is included in every managed plan — we build it before billing starts. You only pay once you're live. The build scope is defined in the brief before we start, and the result matches the plan tier you're on.
Yes, with 30 days written notice. On the last day of your plan we hand over your site export and all files — the site belongs to you regardless. There's no lock-in beyond that notice period.
Plans cover what's listed on the card — hosting, maintenance, and the features for that tier. Redesigns, new pages beyond the plan limit, custom feature development, or scope changes are quoted separately as one-time projects.
Upgrades are applied at the next billing cycle — just email us. Downgrades work the same way. If you're upgrading because you need something specific, we'll confirm what gets added before switching.
Because the scope is strict and we use modern tools (including AI-assisted build and QA) to move fast. You're paying for a working site, not for us to sit in meetings.
Yes. Most Launch clients start there and move up once they have traffic and revenue to justify more work.
A one-time build is a fixed project — you brief us, we build it, you own it outright and host it yourself. A managed plan is ongoing — we build it and keep running it every month. One-time is better if you want full control; managed is better if you want zero maintenance overhead.
No. Hosting is always optional on one-time builds — you can host wherever you like. Managed plans do include hosting since we're responsible for keeping the site up.
Two options: a one-off change order quoted on scope, or start a Care Plan for ongoing updates and monitoring. No pressure either way.
For Custom builds (the top tier), yes — milestone-based installments with a written agreement. Launch and Growth are paid upfront because the scope and timeline are so short.
