Our services

Orravo Studio provides:

• ›Web and UI/UX design services: bespoke website design, product interfaces, and digital brand work for clients.
• ›WordPress plugins: OMailer, OForms, OAds, OCodeInsert, OFeedback, OMembership, and other plugins available through our marketplace.
• ›WordPress themes: including OTheme, available under a commercial licence.
• ›Knowledge base and documentation: free product documentation accessible at orravo.com/docs.
• ›Blog / Journal: editorial content on design, engineering, and business at orravo.com/blog.
• ›User accounts: a logged-in area for licence management and order history.

Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• ›Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• ›Transmit unsolicited promotional material, spam, or phishing content
• ›Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its infrastructure, or another user's account
• ›Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content, code, or designs without written permission
• ›Use automated tools to access or interact with the site in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers
• ›Impersonate Orravo Studio or any of its staff

Accounts

When you create an account on orravo.com, you are responsible for:

• ›Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ›All activity that occurs under your account
• ›Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date

You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at hello@orravo.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Plugin licences

Plugins purchased through our marketplace are licensed, not sold. Your licence grants you the right to install and use the plugin on the number of sites specified at the time of purchase. Licence tiers are as follows:

• ›Single site: use on 1 domain
• ›Studio: use on up to 5 domains
• ›Unlimited: use on unlimited domains you own or manage

Regardless of tier, you may not:

• ›Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin to third parties
• ›Remove or alter copyright notices or licence headers
• ›Use the plugin on more sites than your licence permits
• ›Share your licence key publicly

Licences are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Active licences include access to updates and support for as long as the licence remains active.

OTheme licence

OTheme is a commercial WordPress theme licensed separately from our plugins. Purchasing OTheme grants you:

• ›The right to install and activate OTheme on the number of sites your licence tier covers
• ›Access to theme updates for the lifetime of the licence
• ›Access to our support channels for theme-related issues

You may not redistribute, resell, or include OTheme in your own products or services without a specific written agreement with Orravo Studio.

Payment and refunds

All prices are displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in USD and converted to NGN at checkout via Paystack. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

30-day money-back guarantee: We stand behind our work. If a plugin, theme, or bundle you buy does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price within thirty (30) days of the original payment.

How to request a refund: Email hello@orravo.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include:

• Your order reference or licence key
• The email address used at checkout
• A short description of the issue and what you tried

We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

What is covered:

• One-time plugin and theme purchases
• Bundle purchases
• Tier upgrades (within 30 days of the upgrade charge)
• The most recent renewal charge on a monthly subscription, provided you cancel and request the refund within 30 days of that charge and have not heavily used the new term

What is not covered:

• Service engagements (design or development work already delivered)
• Custom builds, bespoke integrations, or per-project contracts (cancellation terms are governed by the relevant proposal)
• Subscription charges older than 30 days
• Purchases where the licence has been transferred, resold, or shared outside its activation limits
• Discounted purchases below 50% of list price (clearance, partner deals, employee codes) are final sale unless required by law

On refund: the associated licence key is revoked. You agree to uninstall the product from all activated sites and stop using it. Continuing to use a refunded product is unauthorised under section 03.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where, acting reasonably, we believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. For example, when the product has been downloaded, fully installed, and used productively for the majority of the 30-day window, or when the customer has made repeated refund requests across multiple products. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected by this clause.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, UI designs, plugin code, theme code, and documentation) is the property of Orravo Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Blog and documentation content may be quoted with attribution, but may not be reproduced in full without written permission. Our logos and brand marks may not be used without express written consent.

Work created for clients during a service engagement is governed by the IP terms in the relevant project contract.

Knowledge base and blog content

Documentation at orravo.com/docs and articles at orravo.com/blog are provided for informational purposes only. While we aim to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the information is complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific situation. You use this content at your own discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website, plugins, themes, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• ›The website will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• ›Plugins or themes will be compatible with every version of WordPress, PHP, or third-party software
• ›Defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe

Use of our products with third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orravo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business) arising from your use of our website, plugins, themes, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja (FCT), Nigeria.

If you are located outside Nigeria, you agree to submit to Nigerian jurisdiction for the purposes of resolving any disputes with us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders by email.

Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
